“ Felt a little snacky in the mid afternoon, stopped in for a couple tacos. I tried a shredded beef taco and a ground beef taco. They were delicious, I easily could of smashed down a few more. I think the shredded beef was a touch better. They had cheese and lettuce for toppings. The price was nice too. Next time I stop in, I'm going to sit down inside and get an actual meal. It was a cool little place, the service was super friendly and quick. Do recommend! ”
“ The steak and egg burrito is something I could eat everyday for the rest of my life. Love the chips and guacamole as well ”
“ The burritos, breakfast or otherwise, are heaven. Lina's is the best drive thru Mexican food in Omaha (i.e., *way* better than Abelardo's). ”
“ ***Update*** The spousal unit and I recently had lunch at Lina's on 144th St. She had a breakfast burrito (again), and I had a carne asada "lunch" burrito, as well as some chips/salsa and horchata. The carne asada burrito was good, but it would have been better with some cheese and/or sour cream in it. There was plenty of meat, but the burrito was rather barren on the inside. Still, it was very good and I enjoyed it. The chips, however, were pretty bad: stale and rather tasteless. All-in-all, not as good as the burritos I get on 24th St in "Little Mexico", but still good, and very convenient. No change to my 4 star rating. ***Original review*** I can only speak for the breakfast burritos (bacon & egg, with add-on potatoes $5.50; steak & egg with add-on potatoes $5.70), but they were both very good, even better with with some of the hot (as in, spicy hot) salsa. And while $5.50 or $5.70 sounds steep for a breakfast burrito (and it usually is), these burritos were HUGE! In all honesty, one breakfast burrito is sufficient for two adults. The wifey and I were both stuffed and not in the mood for lunch after each downing an entire burrito. When I eat lunch/dinner at Lina's (assuming I will), I will update the review. For now, however, price/quality/quantity are all good. ”
